After 175 sheets of sheetrock finishing the huge 30x30 addition. Tearing out walls to create the open floor plan, redesigning the flow into the new addition, dealing with structural engineers, mainline, roof issues. This property through everything at us and we continued to make it look easy. All with having the most expensive house in the neighborhood in today's market created a slew of obstacles that we had to overcome. Cannot wait to show this one to you guys.
